Concur Consultants are a
specialist construction recruitment agency based in Dubai, UAE.
Originally from Ireland, Concur have been in the Middle East for over 2
years and have strong client and
candidate relationships leading to a high level of referred business.
We are
currently looking for recruitment consultants to manage new and
existing
divisions for the construction recruitment industry in Dubai,
Abu Dhabi and throughout the Middle
East. We cover only managerial level construction professionals,
and work with some of the biggest names in the construction industry.
Suitable applicants will be literate, degree qualified and have solid IT
skills. They will also demonstrate strong sales and marketing skills that will
allow them to understand and fulfil client’s requirements and candidates
expectations. Previous experience in recruitment, a sales role or in the
construction industry itself is preferred, although it is most important that
you can show a committed & hardworking approach to your work. Previous
experience of working abroad in Dubai, the UAE
or in the Middle East is highly desirable but
not essential.
Day to day duties will include researching and interviewing candidates,
canvassing, managing and developing client contacts, arranging job interviews,
writing job vacancies, handling incoming telephone calls and visiting &
entertaining both candidates and clients out of the office.
