Job Description
Liaising with the Commercial Manager and reporting to the Project Director you will be exposed to a diverse range of technically challenging components of the project and be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from initial stages of construction through to completion.
With a project of this magnitude you will be dealing with numerous contractors so you will need to demonstrate a background in the assessment, preparation, management and settlement of claims and the recovery of loss and expense.
Profile
You will be a member of either AIQS or RICS, possess superior communications skills and will of had previous Hotel experience.

Salary
35 - 40K AED per month plus benefits (negotiable)
