Job Description
Based on site in charge of the project quality department. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will hold a BSc Degree, in Civil Engineering. Registered Quality System Assessorship, IRCA or equivalent will be considered as a plus. Additional qualifications and training pertaining to Quality Management is considered essential. At least 10 years of experience in the construction QA/QC with at least 10 years experience in a hands on quality or position in the civil construction industry with preference in residential complexes, luxurious hotels, high class buildings.
Profile
The candidate should have proven experience in the following fields:
Setting up and monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and Plans for civil construction projects
Supervising a multi-discipline team of QC Inspectors on site
Performing internal quality audits
Handling all quality issues with project management The right candidate must also have the ability to communicate well at all levels within the Project. In addition, the candidate must possess good planning, presentation and organizational skills, the vision to identify quality improvement opportunities and the ability to achieve results through motivation and team working.
