Project Manager - Cumene, Phenol, BPA

The Project Manager Phenol, Cumene, BPA (Bisphenol-A), who will be reporting to the

Project Director Aromatics, will be responsible to manage all aspects of the Phenol, Cumene, BPA Project.

His main tasks are the following:

Coordinate the Technologies selection process.

Manage Process Design Package performed by Licensors

Coordinate Bidding and then execution of FEED by the selected FEED Contractors

Manage all phases of the EPC bidding up to EPC Contractors selection

Manage EPC execution until ready for start-up and steady operation, in consistency with the defined Project Targets in terms of Safety, Quality, Budget and Schedule and Plant Operability.

The Project Manager shall initially be based in London offices and then relocate to the selected EPC Contractor offices until the IPMT will move to the site.

Profile

Engineering Degree.

Minimum 10 years experience as Project Manager of large EPC projects (> 500 million USD), preferably with references also on Phenolics.

Consolidated experience of Projects implemented in the GCC Countries

Good attitude to manage and motivate a Team

Good negotiating and presentation skills

Availability to relocate for long periods.

Fluent English
