Job Description 

• The successful candidate we seek for this outstanding opportunity will be responsible for driving and leading the construction management of fitouts on hotel, casino, retail and commercial projects in Dubai.
• Duties include managing all construction contractors and related consultants and sub-consultants, preparing conceptual level project critical path schedules, evaluating and monitoring compliance with detailed critical path construction schedules prepared by others, and evaluating and negotiating service and construction contract variance claims (change order claims).
• Other responsibilities include tracking budget compliance for construction projects, establishing construction phase budgets, preparing periodic reports for owner and management, assisting on property management issues, assisting leasing agents and property managers on tenant coordination for new leases, and supervising a team of consultants, contractors, project managers and their staff.

• The proven performer we seek must have a degree qualification and a minimum of 15 years experience at a senior level with at least 5 years experience gained on fitout projects.
• Candidates must have experience in contracts management and have a good understanding of the commercial workings on a project.
• Candidates must possess at least 2 years UAE or Gulf Region experience.
