Job Description
The Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans to sustain competitive advantage and continuously improving revenue and profit growth through efficient Management of Development Projects and creatively managing new Projects.
Profile
The candidate must come from a Real Estate/construction and Consultancy background.
Should possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture from an internationally recognized university with 10-12 years of similar work experience in the real estate industry.
Must have knowledge and understanding of market and possess excellent Management and communication skills, provide an established portfolio of successful projects previously delivered and fully established references to back that profile.
Must be a team player.
