Project Control Manager
The Project Control Manager, who will be
reporting to the Senior Project Director, will be responsible to manage the
overall Cost and Schedule control.
His main tasks are the following:
Establish the
overall Project Schedule.
Define and agree
with Contractors the Progress Control procedures
Prepare the Budget
for the Project together with the Senior Project Director
Prepare and
maintain the Cost Control ofthe Project
Review and control
schedule and costs relevant to the activities performed by the PMC
Review and Control
Schedule and Cost of any Contractor involved on the Project, through a team of
Project Controllers, which will be located in each Contractor’s Offices
Provide elements
for the Monthly Project Report to the Owners
Assist the involved
Project Directors in any negotiation with Contractors.
The Project Control Manager shall initially
be based in London, offices until the IPMT will move to the site. In the
meantime he will have to share his time between the various involved EPC
Contractors’ Offices.
Location
London initially the Abu Dhabi, UAE
Profile
High School Education.
Minimum 10 years experience as Project Control Manager of large EPC projects (> 500 million USD), preferably
implemented in the GCC Countries
Good knowledge of the main Project Control tools.
Availability to relocate for long
periods.
Fluent
English
Salary
