Job Description
As Project Manager you will be responsible with delivering the project to satisfy the clients objectives and contractual obligations (including budget, scheduling, reporting etc).
You will establish strong networks and good rapport between all project parties and successfully manage the interfaces throughout the project duration
Profile
As Project Manager you will have a proven track record of running Projects from beginning to end.
Degree qualified with good Project Management experience, either with a Project Management company or with a contractor.
Those with contracting experience must have been involved with the client, budget and design as part of their role.
As this is a high spec high rise development, previous high rise experience would be ideal
Prior experience in construction or design
Leadership and management including management of teams and contractors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
