Our Client is an established developer based in Dubai and are currently looking for a SENIOR PLANNER to work on a variety of exciting projects.

Profile

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience
• You will be proficient in the use of planning software
• An engineering degree or engineering background will be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with planning staff internally and both clients and other contractors externally
• Previous Middle Eastern experience is essential

The senior planner will work within the planning & programme management team in the UAE. The team consists of 8 planners a project director, senior planner and an Assistant Planner.

The work will involve all stages of the build process, from concept and feasibility stage they will provide consultancy advice as well as detailed planning of strategic issues. The team will plan the process of design and procurement, the projects path through legal, financial and planning authority gateways and establish periods of construction and commissioning. Along side that, they will provide detailed and comprehensive design, procurement and construction programmes during the pre construction and construction phases of the project.

Projects range between £20m and £5bn in value
