Job Description 

• Assess the viability or alternative Design and Construction techniques/methods.
• Produce estimates/cost plans/budgets for viability assessment by Project Directors.
• Preparing work packages, documentation and quality requirements for tender by potential subcontractors.
• Evaluating subcontractors to ensure capacity and capability to carry out the work.
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Project Director in order to jointly develop system improvements.
• Monitoring design and estimated costs with project estimate/price on an ongoing basis. 

Profile

• We are currently recruiting for Senior Planning personnel for all facets of the project.
• Successful applicants will have a proven track record working on major build/civil projects, a thorough understanding of Primavera and the ability to work alongside senior management.
• Within this position you will need to demonstrate exceptional managerial skill, well-developed written and oral communication abilities and detailed knowledge of industry best practice.
• In addition we require the successful candidates to contribute to the delivery of the Project on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Experience within a Mid-Tier or Top-Tier Civil Contractor or Consultancy is a prerequisite for this position.
