Job Description
The planning engineer establishes clear plans, schedules and programs of a project in it’s different phases, including all applicable disciplines.
He monitors and produces different progress and forecast reports as well as coordinates with other departments/engineers to design and utilize WBS to develop a project program.
He creates a material procurement schedule and ensures that the company has the personnel needed for the project.
He is responsible for ensuring that all necessary resources for the project are in place from the initial up to the final stages of the project.
Profile
University graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5 years experience in planning, scheduling and programming of major construction projects in the UAE
Extensive experience in the use of the latest programming and scheduling software
Proven ability to analyze the progress and trends of the project
Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
