To qualify for this position you will currently be in a senior position as
either a Director, Vice President or Senior Project Manager.
You will have an
"aggressive business acumen", however remain culturally aware of your
surroundings.
A pre-requisite will be previous experience in multi-level,
hi-rise construction projects (e.g. 20+ stories) degree qualifications (Civil
Engineering) and be able to lead and drive a team of Project Managers and
various Consultants through the projects to deliver them on time and on budget.
An exceptional salary (tax free) will be offered for this truly magnificent
