Sales Director / COO

in interiors. Its capabilities include design development, engineering,
fabrication and installation of all interior solutions inclusive but not
limited to:

- Raised access flooring
- Solid surface materials
- Engineered stone
- Joinery works
- GRG, GRP and GRC cladding
- Steel support systems
- Lighting
The Sales Director is responsible for maximizing
profitable orders and sales in his given market segment. He will be assisted in
his task by the territorial sales managers. In his role, he will ensure that
all the customers receive a top quality sales service from the Company, prior
to, during and after sales. He will be responsible for:
Maintaining ongoing contracts
Achieving agreed and set sales targets
Forecasting monthly activities and orders
Explore business development opportunities,
cultivate partnerships & alliances
Negotiate contracts with partners and customers.
Selling and customer positioning of the
Company's complete product portfolio (Interior fit out).
Oversee the general sales of company products
and develop new products in coordination with marketing department.
Devise and implement sales strategies,
special promotions, and sales forecast.
Design and implement training program to
enhance personality, communication and selling skills, motivate the sales team
and monitor daily market visits of the sales force.
All sales aspects of company products such as
product launch, product development, distribution, pricing and discounting
policy, etc.
Prepare quarterly and yearly budget for the
sales department and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market
analysis, competition, market trend, etc.
Skills
With experience in interior fitting / Solid
Surface products / Paints / heat protection products the individual selected
must clearly demonstrate a background of outstanding sales.
Focused, high energy and results oriented.
Must be very adept at closing new business to meet aggressive growth plan
objectives.
High level of professionalism, integrity and
business ethics
University graduate with degree in Marketing
or related field.
Aged between 35 & 45 years old.
Min. 10 years experience at least 5 years
experience in senior position in Sales
Direct "hands-on" sales experience
with major emphasis on training, motivating, and providing leadership for young
aggressive sales force.
Ability to plan and supervise promotional and
advertising at various units to maximize sales and profits.
Excellent knowledge of local market.
Excellent communication skill in oral and
written Arabic and English.
