Job Description
Serve as the assistant site person responsible for administration of the building contract works.
Lead, direct and monitor the performance of all site engineers and support staff under his charge.
Monitor the work of site staff members for conformance with all provisions of the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
Assist the RE with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals and RFI’s to all contractors.
Monitor the progress of the submittal review in coordination with the Core Team. Prepare responses to the contractors if required.
Be aware, supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with Contract Documents.
Advise and assist the contractor on construction procedures.
Coordinate the construction work with the local authorities and contractor.
Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor. Issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.
Profile
Qualifications : Bachelor (Civil Engineering)
Experience · Minimum 12 years relevant experience, last 2 years of which working with a Consultancy.
