Profile
Engineering Degree/Diploma in Civil. 4 to 5 yrs of Civil, High Rise, Residential, Commercial or Industrial Construction experience including direct experience supervising major construction sites.
Sound knowledge of Engineering Design and Construction Codes.
Excellent construction scheduling and site management skills.
Experience in preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, As Built, Concreting, Inspection and Site supervision.
Experience in dealing with and responding to sub-contractor variance reports and claims settlements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and supervise third party contractors.
