Job Description 

• As key members of the Project team, the successful candidates we seek for these roles will be responsible for the supervision of day-to-day production of prototypes and site works including staff/sub-contract management, site reporting, resource management of plant and materials, liaison with consultants and authorities, attending production design meetings assistance in project planning and scheduling, and associated site duties as required.
• Other responsibilities include conducting and documenting the training of new employees, and ensuring ISO requirements and relevant documentation are implemented and maintained at all times.

• The proven performers we seek must have at least 10 years experience in site supervision on super yacht, interior fit out projects, encompassing design, detailing, joinery and furniture installation.
• Candidates must have the ability to manage yacht projects through the full design process to project delivery.
• Candidates with expatriate experience in the Middle East will be highly regarded.
• Expatriate salary packages will be negotiated to attract quality candidates to this role.
