Job Description 

• Young, energetic UAE experienced Civil Engineers, aggressive, result-oriented, able to identify, negotiate, finalize labour and layout with material sub-cobcontractors, define scope and legal clauses of sub-contract, sign and enter into sub-contracts, monitor and ensure productivity form sub-contractors, coordinate with all concerned to ensure timely and qualitative workmanship from all sub-contractors, and manage all related functions.

Profile 

• Candidates should be Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Should have good hands-on experience based on using various Impact Analysis in dealing with extension of time claims.
• Should be well versed in using Primavera software.
• Should have sound knowledge in Construction Law and in all main forms of construction contracts including FIDIC.
