Job Description

To attend the coordination meetings between the Project Manager Consultant and the contractors and consultants.
To prepare the minutes.
To follow up the actions agreed in the meetings.
To liaise between the different contractors and or consultants to ensure the actions are carried out.
To track and monitor drawing issues, RFIs etc and to ensure the appropriate action is taken.
Deal with other technical routines as necessary.

Profile

Ideally these persons should have a minimum of 10 years experience of which 5 is on large building projects, preferably multi storey.
Must be qualified to degree/HND level.
Would have reached Dep Project Manager/Chief Engineer/Site Agent level in previous experience.
Duration of job about 15-18 months after which we would look to put them on a job as Construction Manager
