Job Description 

• Drafting, interpretation and management of proposal and contract documents
• Key to this function shall be the ability to work closely with diverse business groups and with external customers,
• managing, as the focal point, all input required from other support organizations during campaign activity,
• the review and coordination of documents in accordance with customer schedules and requests,
• and ensuring that documents are properly reflective of company business objectives.
• The candidate must be able to draft high quality contractual documents quickly and accurately.
