Requirements
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics / Shipping
• Previous experience in handling customs clearance, coordination, tracking etc.
• Fluency in English – Spoken and Written
• Knowledge of Arabic language (written and spoken) is an asset
Functions
• Responsible for overall operations including import shipments, liaising with distributors for customs clearance and inventory management
• Ensures the flow of information between Operations, Sales and Finance in order to get the shipments cleared and delivered to customers on time
• To keep up to date records of all operational documents
• Tracking all import shipments, land, air and sea; including related documents such as invoices, delivery notes, BLs, AWBs etc.
