Profile 

• Overall cost management of building and engineering disciplines for clients’ project in Bahrain

• Providing commercial input

• Tendering contracts for all construction and engineering works

• Site measurement and evaluation of contractors works

• Cost reporting – chair monthly cost meetings. Control and update the project budget during the project so the final project cost will always be known.

• Cash Flow – provide monthly cash-flow forecasts against committed and anticipated costs to completion for finance release purposes.

• Client reporting (as required)

• Commercial Management

• Claims Management

Salary 

The company will provide a generous tax free salary plus allowances for general living expenses, travel and medical cover.
