Job Description
The Project Manager-Design we seek will be based in the Dubai office and will be responsible for resourcing, scheduling, planning and client liaison.
Other responsibilities include, looking after the client’s budget and ensuring high quality service is delivered throughout the project, advising the client of all matters pertaining to programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, working drawings, tender documents, tender submittals and evaluation, and oversee and guide the activities of the in house design development.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a Degree qualified Architect, possessing 15+ years experience, specifically in the field of building design through to construction documentation, and will have exposure to high rise commercial, residential and mixed use developments valued US$250M+.
Strong communication English language skills, both written and oral, will be highly regarded.
An ability to adapt and work with different cultures is essential and candidates with expatriate experience in Asia or the Middle East will be highly regarded.
