We're currently looking for a  HSE / QA / QC Manager in order to fill a vacant role for a large international PMC client in Kuwait. We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering or Safety Degree. The HSE experience must be in 90% and the QA / QC experience must be in 10%.

The package is (Base + housing) USD 17k per month + car + 4k per annum airfares plus other benefits to be discussed at interview stage – 5 day work week and overtime is paid accordingly.

Manages, provides advice on and administers all activities concerned with contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects carried out under various contract forms and modes of reimbursement.

Primary objective

Monitor the materials expediting/inspection activities of EPC contractors and others involved in the delivery of multiple oil and gas facilities projects

Project:

The project is a 5 year contract in Kuwait. Our client’s scope of work will be FEED / PMC for all projects within their area in Kuwait.  

Expectations are that the Kuwait team will be 200+ strong and projects executed within this 5 year timeframe will likely be USD4-5B. It will include small Brownfield mods, major Brownfield upgrades and some Greenfield projects.
